I've landed three of them. But most everytime it seems i go over the front of the board and nosedive. I've go the handle pass and rotation down fine. Its just i always nosedive. Any advice? Thanks.

get the weight off your front foot. this is caused most likely because your arent spinning flat. wait a little longer to spin and make sure the board is more parallel to the water before initiating the spin <BR> <BR>(Message edited by alanp on August 03, 2006)
