I went to a ski school yesterday and went out on the wakeboard and water skis. I have never done either one. I had a blast! I bought a Liquid Force Diva board a month ago with the Element Bindings. I was up on my second try and every time after that and loved the board.
I have to say that I really loved to ski too! Bought a set while I was there.
My big Question is...my feet hurt so bad in those Element Bindings that I did not go back out on the board once we came in. They were so tight that the pain was real bad. The wakeboard guys said they should be tight but, it was so tight it hurt on my first run down the lake.
Can someone please tell me if I'm in the wrong bindings, if they have ever worn the Element Bindings. I do have a wide foot and think that is the issue. Does anyone have this problem or recommend another binding?? I would really like to get out again.
Thanks for your input.
I love being behind the boat and I am for sure addicted. What an awesome sport!!}

My wife had the same problem with her LF Transit bindings. They should be a snugged fit, not tight to the point they hurt. I suggest try stretching them a little. I used a coke can slipped in the toe area and let soak in hot water. You may need to do this a few times but it should help out.

I just purchased LF Angel with Element bindings and have found that if I don't get the boots wet enough or my feet soaked before putting them in the boot they feel like there is friction in the boot. I have also found that if I am tense about riding rather than relaxed I place more pressure on my toes and they cramp up. Relax enjoy the ride and try some boot gel. Friends have also told me that they will loosen up as time goes on just like a new pair of shoes.

Thanks for the tips. I ended up calling the place back and did an exchange for the Fusion Bindings. They are so much better and don't hurt my feet like the elements do. The Elements have a tight rubber piece where as the Fusions do not.
Thanks and have fun Riding. It's Memorial weekend and I will be out all weekend.
