i had some for about half this summer, try putting them on and putting your feet in a warm bath for half an hour, that will allow the rubber to conform around your feet. then take them off and stick water bottles in the upper section overnight, that will stretch that part out a bit and make it easier to enter/exit, as well as increasing circulation. frankly, after i did that i never had problems getting in or out, but i went ahead and got a pair of 2003 belmonts, way easier to get on and off and tighter when they are on. <BR> <BR>
