Binding Screws for Flex Board

I recently bought an O'Brien flex board and none of the binding screws that I have are short enough. I am riding Gator Gonzalez bindings so there is a fairly thick sole plate on the binding. I have an old pair of O'Brien Link bindings but the screws are not quite long enough. I need to find a good tweener lenth thumb screw. Anybody out there have the hook up?

If you can give us some idea of what length your current screws are..we have a wide variety of sizes. We will help as we can.

i recently rain into this with my 09 ronix reliks and 09 watson board.
had to grind the bolts down. too long. they would bottom out before getting tight on the bindings. i ground off over 1/16"

washers would work if they were placed on top of the binding plate... granted you don't have screws that use a claw like hyperlite or cwb. with gator you should be fine with washers.

the one time i had a similr problem i went the grind method
