I'm relatively new to this whole scene -but i've had a good time messing around with stuff like this. the cans are a coupler and an end cap fitted over a scrap piece of 6" pvc...i cut them down to the size i wanted and bondo'd the seam. My bondo work leaves a little to be desired, but they turned out okay. They have about 4 coats of primer and about 386 coats of paint with plenty of wetsanding in between. the light bar is a scrap piece of 1x2 aluminum that's been drilled and tapped. the lights were $15 a pair at walmart... i just had my tower re-powdercoated from a dull black to this red/black mixture. had the light bar done the same. i also have end caps for the light bar, but waiting until completion to shove them in. speakers aren't completely finished yet, but they're getting there. they'll be pointing the other direction too - lights forward - sound heading back. let me know what you think...

Looks good, but if I where you I'd opt for a sturdier light. I've seen those at walmart and they look very cheapely made. They use a relatively large guage wire to run that much power too. (small diameter). Do they even come with relays? spend an extra $15-20/ pair and pick up some more heavy duty lights. There's a huge differnce between a $15 set of lights and a $50...the differnces weren't that apparent to me from a $50 to $100 set.
