KGB help
 

Need some help with KGB's. tried my first one and Im trying to figure out how to throw it, cuz I didnt look as upside down as I should have been. Looked like an over corked 540. (Over spun it) Should I throw it like a backroll first, and then look opposite for the spin, or throw already looking in the direction of the spin?
