looking for a good amp to power these, since each speakers is 200 watts rms should i be looking for a two channel amp that will give each side 200 watts?

i was thinking about the hifonics HFi100.2 400w amp will this amp work? and any suggestions for an amp in around the same price range?

A 4 channel would let you get a little more sound out of the 6" set because you could adjust the gains and crossover points to maximize the larger driver. You would also have a pretty standard 4 ohm load per channel. I would suggest an ARC Audio 300/4 or a Wet Sounds SYN 4. Both amps would work extremely well and give you plenty of un-distorted output. At 90 watts or so per channel you'll be rocking.... There are tons of posts on these amps if you want more opinions, just hit the search button....
