Attention: CTI Rep need help!
 

I think I remember Brett G. used to be the CTI rep that frequented WW but anybody that can help will do.... My local rep is no longer around and my brace straps and Anti-Migration strap have pretty much had it. How can I order new ones???

Mine are pretty worn out too. Anybody know if insurance covers refurbishment? I called the number and they want $210 a piece to refurb 'em.

Yeah buddy... mainly I need a new Anti-Migration strap if he could hook it up. mine has split in 3 places :(

Chad - good question! I haven't tried to get insurance to cover my refurbs in the past, but I will definitely check into it!
