There probably isnt any difference in the board . Just the graphics will be different. Its up to you.

Wait until they release the new boards and then get the 2004 when it goes on sale!

You are only 13? I remember hitting a growth spert at 14 where I grew a foot! That means you will go from 95lbs to 130lbs in one year, you might want to wait. sorry.
