Are these any good? I found some on ebay to fit Chandler, I hate to buy without him trying them on, but it's a great price. Anyone ride with these? He needs something that is easy to get into that is comfy and has some cushion for landing. Thanks!

i have the 08's but they are the greatest bindings ive ever wore. the only thing though. i wear a size 11 shoe, and i wear the 12 - 13 shanes. and when they are wet, i have to open them all the way up to get in

So they run small? Or just hard to get into?

I'm not sure about the Shanes, but I just got a pair of 2007 LF Watson closed-toes. I usually wear an 8.5 sometimes 9 shoe and I got a size 7-8 boot. They were pretty tight at first but I wore them around my house a bit and they feel pretty good now. I will hopefully be trying them out this week.

I got a pair of 07 Watsons and they are wonderful... Comfy and true to size (as least for me) Simple to get on and off at the cable park too. <BR>I don't wear them anymore since I'm on a flex bord but I'd recommend them. (I wear a 12 and got around that size and was very pleased--you can tighten them a good bit)

ya, for me. the 08 shanes ran a little small in sizing. supper easy to get in when dry, and when they are wet i have to open the tops all the way. but other then that. once you foot is in. they feel amazing

Well, that's enough for me, I am getting them. At $59 you can't beat that! Cheapest closed toe boot I have seen!

lfrider92 06-07-2009 7:31 PM

definatly, i dont know how the 07's compare. but the 08's are something else

bbking 06-07-2009 7:44 PM

Wow, I'm not sure why you even bothered asking questions with those kind of bindings goings for 60 bucks! Enjoy!

I know, it seems too good to be true! I hope he likes them!

The 07's are AMAZING. Can't say much more. haha

I've got the 07 OT and they are awesome. A little hard to get into, especially if you come out and have to get back in them in the water, but they are super comfortable once they are broken in. A little narrow at first, but now they're great. Like I said tho, thats the OT, but i'm sure the CT don't fall far from the tree

These are the best bindings I have ever ridden. They are not too stiff and are extremely comfortable. You can't go wrong with the 07 Shane's!
