The Drop Down Menu needs to go
 

The drop down menus that come down when you go near the top are really annoying and I dont think they are necessary

Or, if you MUST use a drop down menu, can you not have it take up the full width of the page?

We've made some changes to the drop down menu so that the number of unintentional drop downs should be greatly descreased.
