What happens to a board when its warrantied?????

Have a board warrantied and they asked me to send it in. What happens to the unrideable warranty boards?Do they send them back? I am looking to build more board benches and stuff and was wondering where all these busted boards might end up.

Not sure all companies require you to send them back. In my case Byerly(HO)just had me send them pics of my cracked board and they sent me a new one. I've heard that the case with Ronix also.

I was directed to go through the retailer who requested I send it. Would love to start making furniture and art from
Old boards

That is a great idea. Might have to try that out this spring!

Don't they usually make you drill a large hole in the board and have you send them a picture of the hole?

Think it varies by company.

Ambush requested I send it in which makes sense cuz it was a mounting issue. That isn't super apparent in pics. I'd love to make a bench out of my warranted hook cuz the artwork is sick !!! Both ambush and slingshot have awesome customer service btw and I'm getting a new hooke

I have an ld hyperlink and double up I was gonna make a bench from but I want to make one for my bro as a wedding gift. Have a hyperlite era and severance but I still use the severance so I don't want to retire it yet! Seems like every old board on eBay is 100 bucks
