Video guys: I'm having some trouble trying to find a good format to export timelines from premiere pro 2.0. I am shooting in 30F (or P), and I'm not worried about size. I just want a flexible format that can be pared down for DVD's, internet videos, etc.

I understand that I might have to mess with interlacing for DVD's, but what is a good "standard" for exporting? Right now, I'm using MPEG2 at 50kbps constant bitrate, but I'm up for suggestions.

Thoughts?

When you export your project you can use the export to DVD option. 2.0 does a good job of encoding , or try the Adobe Media Encoder ,Adobe Encore works the best.
