I'm ordering a new '08 X-Star, and this is what I finally narrowed it down to... <BR>I would have a black stripe above the rub rail on this one... <BR><img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/messages/65921/541330.jpg" alt="Upload"> <BR>wouldn't change anything on this one... <BR><img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/messages/65921/541331.jpg" alt="Upload"> <BR>or like the CIE guys, but in the '08 scheme, with a black X and the word STAR in red. <BR><img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/messages/65921/541332.jpg" alt="Upload"> <BR>Let me know what you think, I just can't make up my mind. Thanks a lot.

All fine choices but I would pick #1 for myself, it is more classy. Just to bring this into your thought, #2 is probably going to leave you with the best shine after a good wash/wax, but it will also show dirt and water spots the most compared to the white.

I like #1 best too. As is, no black stripe above the rub rail, unless of course you run a black bottom to frame the white sides.

themxercr85 02-03-2008 6:49 PM

defiently number 2 or 3, the only problem with a white hull is that ugly line you get from it sitting unless u have it on a lift. and it also depends on your lake.

tyboarder03 02-03-2008 6:53 PM

Twitch wash and wax cures that

yep, those pics pretty much confirms "MY" choice...#1. i'm a big fan of clean looks and the boat in the pics, albeit a sick boat, just doesn't look that impressive on the water.

#2 and if you dont buy it I will

themxercr85 02-03-2008 8:22 PM

Tyler I know it does, but its a pain in the a$$ to clean you boat every 2 weeks if you leave it in a slip.
