A lot of the time the board is used to flame a manufacture or a dealer. I wanted to give major credit where credit is due.

I dropped off my 2003 Tige' 22I at Tige' Watersports in Corona, CA for it's 20 hour service and to have my Perfect Pass fixed. It has been out of service for a few weeks and I have missed it dearly. Anyway, needing the boat for the 4th of July weekend and I am sure all of their customers want their boats too by then. It became apparent that they probably couldn't get the Perfect Pass working without a water test, with a water test taking the mechanics out of the dealership for a couple of hours, and as busy as they are and the fact that the deadline is today, they let me know they could not do the water test until after the 4th.

I talked to Daniel at Tige' Watersports about the problem, and the major fact that I am leaving my boat at my destination 2 hours away and did not want to bring it back. Daniel ended up personally taking my boat home with him and met the mechanic at 7 or 8 o'clock last night at the lake to get this done for me. I just got off the phone and they have the boat ready, Perfect Pass included, turns out the paddle wheel was bent, probably from the boat not set properly on the trailer. Mystery to me, but not out of the realm of possibility.

I would like to thank Daniel, Wendy, Greg, and whoever the mechanic was that met Daniel, of Tige' Watersports, for going out of their way to make me 100% satisfied!! If you are in the market for a boat, go see them, I love my Tige' and the dealership that I purchased it from!

Cheers

By the way, I should add that Daniel is the person who sold me the boat, he is not even in their service department. Daniel I owe you a beer or ten sometime!

Now you know why we all call him "Wonderboy"!

I have to chime in. Tom and Daniel at Tige' in Corona are outstanding, they have been nothing but nice to me. I have been Bugging these guys for a couple years now (at the boat shows, getting demos, etc.), and they have never shown any discontent. Combine this with their outstanding service department and they are guaranteed my future business. Keep up the good work guys and keep a 21V on hold for me.

One of the reasons that I decided to buy a Tige over other brands was the reputation that Tige Watersports has with their customers. Before I bought my 20v I posted a question about the dealership and asked people to respond with good and bad experiences. To my surprise I only got replies from people with positive things to say - and that's almost unheard of when it comes to boat dealers!

My boat has been great and Tige Watersports has been very responsive when I've had questions or needed service.

Guess I'll jump in too. Tige Watersports customer service kicks butt! We purchased our second Tige from them last March and continue to be impressed at how well they have taken care of us.

I'll add my two cents. We bought our boat (20i) from Tom last year, and follow up service has been great! Daniel jumps right in to help when Tom's not there, and Wendy is super in service!

Like I’ve told others, if customer service is high on your priority list when you are purchasing a boat you must stop by and visit them. As many times as I have stopped by to visit, they have always found the time to talk to me whether it’s regarding maintenance or anything else, unfortunately they will no longer be discussing any future design changes in fear that I might let the cat out of the bag, again. (But changes are coming) I will be in the boat buying market at the end of this year and because of the good service and overall contentment I have with my current Tige’ they will be in my top three to choose from.

Thanks Tom, Daniel, Tofer and of course Greg and Chris, hopefully I can be a royal pain in your *** for the next three years as well.
I have a buddy who after his experience in my boat over the 4th wants to buy one now. He even went out of his way to come over to my house last night to watch the DVD Tige' sends out when you request a brochure, which by the way is really cool. We will be by Tige' Watersports a week from Saturday, that is if he doesn't head over their sooner. I will be out of town so I can't go until then.

Anyway to shorten an already long story, I wish I knew of the design changes to see if he should wait a month or two, or go ahead and buy one now. He is leaning towards the 22I Riders Addition. I will have to try to beg Daniel to come forward with the changes LOL I promise I won't tell.

See you in a week or so!

Cheers

PS. Hey Daniel, I missed you at Taco Tuesday over at Canyon, I still owe you a beer! You were probably busy bustin your **s, doing your part to keep the best customer service in the industry alive!

Seeya
