Ok so I live in PA. No snow to snowboard, too cold to wakeboard, and too wet to skate.... Looks like I will need to take up rollerskating, INDOORS! Anyone else feel my pain?

(Message edited by darkstar on January 05, 2007)

I live in the midwest (Indiana to be exact) and this weather situation sucks!

I feel ya' brother. Used to live in NY, now in NC. We'll be out tomorrow though. 70 degree air and at least 70 degree water. Time to move. How do you like the '06 Lute? I had an '04 and was wondering how much they changed.

darkstar 01-05-2007 6:39 AM

Wish I was there. The 06 was nice. Tons of pop and soft landings, drags a little, but all around it is fun fun fun.

I am in NJ and hear you, was actually contimplating pulling the boat out of storage for the weekend! What lake are you on in PA? I keep mine on Wallenpaupak.

darkstar 01-05-2007 10:04 AM

Hey Gavin, I ride at a private lake about an hour from Wallenpaupak. IF you need a 2nd or 3rd let me know and I am down. I Need to do somehthing or I am about to go crazy.

waketwowake 01-05-2007 10:26 AM

Randy, where in NC are you?

dudeman 01-05-2007 10:38 AM

Scott, Winston-Salem area, Belews Lake. Semi heated by Duke Power Plant. You ever ride there?

waketwowake 01-05-2007 10:45 AM

I'm down just outside Charlotte. I already had the boat winterized, but am kicking myself now that the weather is so warm. The last I checked down here, the water was around 64 or so.

holiday13 01-05-2007 11:05 AM

Tim, where is the lake you are on, and do you ever need an extra (have gas $ will travel). We are always looking for extras but the weekends are tough, we hit the water about 6:30 and are done usually by 9 when it gets too choppy, but a rainy day is a blessing for riding by us!

darkstar 01-05-2007 11:18 AM

Hey man the Lake I am on is in a private community. Only home owners can use it. It is near Reading, about 30 minutes away. Week Days are always smooth, year round pretty much, as are the weekends until Mid June. Then we are out by 2, unless we are wakesurfing. We will start riding around mid march. My best bud moved away so we will be needing a third for sure. As long as you can drive a boat you are in my man.

dudeman 01-05-2007 11:24 AM

Scott, if you ever want to drive up this way, shoot me a pm. We try to make it out every weekend.

waketwowake 01-05-2007 12:57 PM

Just sent you a PM Randy, thanks!

holiday13 01-05-2007 1:42 PM

Tim, Reading is a little over an hour from where I live and if you don't mind I would definitely make a run out there, and yeah I can drive a boat! Not trying to zone in on a private lake, just trying to get a feel for where it is geographically.

darkstar 01-05-2007 2:21 PM

Cool man, when the time comes around I will hit you up.

iamnathanhudson 01-08-2007 4:34 PM

I live in Richmond, VA and am going to Jackson Hole, WY in a month. So....no problem here. lol....sorry for rubbing it in. I couldn't help myself.
-Nate
