Wake Wars - Grand Rapids 2010
 

Just a shout out to all the riders that made Wake Wars 2010 a huge success. Congrats to Kevin Henshaw for taking down first, Nate Perry second, and the home town hero Derek Grasman finishing third. Thanks to Step Up for setting up another great event....and Dano...you always rock in GR. The Placid Wake Crew threw down ....Ferwerda, McCreary, and Nadolski. Thanks to Hyperlite for bringing up Jimmy Lariche, Ronix for bringing Reed Hansen, CWB for bringing DG home, and Liquid for bringing Henshaw.

Thanks to all....we will see you back in Grand Rapids next Summer.

Yeah big props to John Nadolski for sticking a Pete off the kicker on the 1st hit of the day and even attempting a Pete 5.... behind a winch... and into a 3.5 foot deep pool.

Also, when Reed Hansen " aka Nick Swardson" went up on stage during the wake skate awards and Dano interviewed him asking him what it was like being the 4 time world champ.... halarious!
