New Boat New tower Need Help

]Hey guys got a new boat and had a tower put on it. its not a wake boat more of just a all around cruiser that i can learn to ride behinde a little and goof around in. im trying to decide how i wanna mount the tower speakers. im using 4 rev10s and dont know if it will hurt the swivel mount to mount them side ways. i would put them all the way accrossed the bottom but i dont have enough head room the speaker would be hanging down with under 6ft of head room and i really dont wanna be ducking ever time. so just looking for some input if i can mount these speakers like i have in the pic thanks guys

You should not incur any issues with a pair mounted on a horizontal bar. This is similar to how they would be mounted on an Illusion or G3 tower. I would recommend however, mounting both pairs on the same bar though. If mounted on the two different bars as in your illustration above, you will need to drill and fish through both tubes and have two service loops, one from the bottom of each tube into the boat. I would try to avoid the extra hole through the deck if possible.

You will want to fix mount the side ones... :)

thanks for the reply guys, Tigemike i understand what your saying about putting them on the same bar to save holes in both the tower and boat. deppending on how it looks ill try to stick to one tube. Truekaotik i would use the fixed mount but i really like being able to take them off at the end of the day since i dont live in the best part of town. do you think there will be problem with to much stress on the rca style connector or are the mounts sturdy enough to support the downward force of the speaker
