I have to say that CWB has the best customer service hands down! I had a warrenty issue on my 09 bindings and without any questions or hassle like other manufactures I've delt with over the years, they just took care of the problem. They are great people and stand by their products! Thank you CWB!

Glad to hear that! I just got the lotus board and sage bindings last week, nice to know that if anything goes wrong they'll take care of it :)

yes. i will have to agree with this. i work at Rukus boardshop and CWB has been the best when it comes to customer service, whether i am dealing with store product or my own personal gear. Mat Wiberg always comes through for riders.
