I broke my foot a couple weeks ago, and I am getting the boot off on the 23rd, and then im going out to tahoe to board... Is there anything that I can do to help it from re-breaking? I have a week in between the 23rd and tahoe...

I tore the ligaments in my foot wakeboarding about a year ago. Had surgery over christmas and im still in physical therapy. You can tape your ankle. Thats what I had to do before I had surgery. There are how to videos on youtube for proper ankle taping. It helps alot and provides alot of support
