Covering damp boat

Boat lives on a lift under boathouse and when I wash it, or whenever riders are getting in and out and the carpets get soaked, it takes forever to dry. I have a sunbrella cover and get mildew if its even slightly wet before covering and its bugged, pollened, etc before then. Ideas?

Overtons has a bunch of stuff in their catalogs for this issue. If you have money to spend, look at installing a couple of those circular vents in the cover. Besides Damprid and others like it, there are little electrical warmers that operate off of small batteries.

Or a couple of Dry Z Air dehumidifiers. Available at most any hardware store.
