Hello. I don't know if this belongs in this thread or not but her;s my story. I recently (2 weeks ago) purchased a truck from Precision Investments out of Arlington, TX. They set up the shipping through Arlington Autos and it was suppose to be in Utah within 7-10 days. It has yet to leave Texas and am getting the run around from everyone I talk to. Has anyone dealt with or know anything about these guys? The feedback for Precision Investments was nothing but positive on Ebay but their shipper is nothing but a headache and nobody can even tell us when the truck will be leaving the state. I have left messages and get no response. If anybody has any advice or can help I would really appreciate it.

Thanks.

Levi

I hate to say it, but this sounds like a classic scam.

http://www.craigslist.org/about/scams.html

What is there Ebay account name? Link.

Get a refund on shipping....Have a local person pick up the car...call your insurance company (depending on the carrier, some have relationships with transport companies) or AAA or I have used http://www.bluehighways.net/ they were very good.

A lot of times the shipper waits to fill up the truck before shipping it out. It would be a waste to ship one car on a truck when you can fit 5.

I live in Fort Worth, just south of Arlington. I have never heard of this company before though.

It looks like they are off Cooper in Arlington. They are on the same street as Krispy Cream.
