hey everyone! i got a question. My board wieghs 12.5 pounds! and my friends board wieghs 6.5! My question is could tHAT EFFECT my air very much? i know it will affect it at least a bit

Man, what kind of board do you have? I have a 2000 double up 145 pro and it only weighs 7.0 pounds. <BR> <BR>As far as going big, try edging harder and holding it. That should do it. Joe

man, bord weight is bull****. A pound or two isnt going to really hamper your riding ability. If you like the way the board rides, dont give a second thought to weight

12.5 pounds for a board and binding weight isnt that much.

My buddy weighs over 250# and he can clear the wake - so I don't think your board and bindings being heavy will impact your riding too much!

I thought he meant his board was 12.5 pounds. I just thought that was a lot for a board. You guys are right though. Weight doesn't have much to do with it. I weigh 225 pounds, it doesn't hold me back. Joe
