For all the yoga people . . . .
 
So I've been doing P90X for a few years and absolutely love the yoga DVD but after doing it for so long I wanted to try something else so I got Mark Blanchard's True Power Yoga and man oh man is it hard. Has anyone else tried it? I'm just wondering how long it took for people to get through the DVDs without taking a break.

The only other yoga I've done besides p90x is Bikram.

I might have to try that. I'm currently doing P90X3. The yoga is only 30 minutes! but the entire workout is core related.

The only thing I know about yoga is that I love girls who wear yoga pants. I am happy with this knowledge.
