How's the fire up in Elsinore? Is it affecting the lake, or Canyon Lake?

I was on Canyon Lake yesterday. You could see and smell the smoke but it wasn't too bad and my friends had no problems while riding. We did get to watch a Bell 204 (helicopter) get water near the damn several times with his bucket.

Hey Sean, watch your dam language on this board!!
I was going to ask you if you hooked up with Henry and the boys, but I caught on to the word DAM!! What are you doing on main lake? The fire hasn't affected the backwater much, but the water seemed weird, The boys said that on the double ups you couldn't see the wakes and there was some eye irratation.

On the news last night they said the air quality due to the fires is horrible right now, if you're gonna ride I would try to take it easy. Hopefully they get these fires taken care of today.

It was more of a family outing than core riding, but it was actually quite smooth on the main lake.

I was with Gary Ogden and his family (he is a pilot from my work).

I was at Perris yesterday and we didn't have any smoke issues at all. The air and water looked and smelled clean....of course it probably wasn't.
