Rebuilding A Raw Water Pump
 

Has anyone ever done this? I just bought a new seal kit for a Sherwood G21 raw water pump off a 1984 Ski Supreme because there was a slow leak. After replacing the seal, it's now got a huge leak coming out of the weep holes. I can't imagine what I did to make it worse unless I somehow damaged the seal while I was replacing it. Any ideas?
