Heat Molding Intuition liners

I just got a pair of 2012 Ronix Frank's and don't know if I should try to heat mold them on my own or spend the extra $50-$60 to get it done at the shop. I know that you can use rice or put them in the oven But I don't have the toe cap for the heat molding and don't know if I should risk ruining the liners. Has anyone done this before, is it pretty easy and did it work well or would you just take it to the shop?

bath tub with hot water... search the fourms you'll find a few threads on how to do this.

Don't fully crank down on the laces when you're doing it. The bathtub will work a charm though, and get them pretty much watertight.
