It is almost waist high on Jimmy. I would love to know how the boat is weighted because that was seriously the nicest wake i've ever seen. Oh yeah, the riding was sick too.

I got the opportunity to ride on the 230 that is right in front of Jimmy's. (You can see it in a few of the dock shots.) From the way they were sitting in the water I am guessing they are weighted about the same.

Long and short of it there is about 4k of weight in the boat. With no people in the boats the platform was about an half way in the water with the top of it dry and the bow eye was about 1 inch out of the water.

The wake was absolutely sick. To be honest it was more then I could ride under control. We took about 1000lbs out of it and it became much more manageable. If my lake did not have a length limit, I would seriously consider a 230 for my next boat. Might have to look at a 210.

Yeah George a 23 foot boat is pretty big. I have an 04 210 and we can fit about 3300 lbs of ballast in it MAX including the stock. I have two of the wedge sacks in the back which definitely maximizes the weight we can fit in the back which are 400 each, 1000 pound triangle bow sack and a 750 pounder in the middle from the drivers seat to the back seat plus the 700 or so stock ballast and my wake is pretty much as big as a wake can be, but that wake in the video looks bigger. I don't know how the new 210 hull is but I have heard that it is great for a wakeskater but for a serious wakeboarder who loves the shape of the old 210, the wake just doesn't touch it. Now not everyone is searching for a steep wake like that and will argue that the new 210 hull is better, but if it truly was, you would see more pros sporting it. Every rider on Nautique besides Byerly and McKee are riding the 230. I'm sure Nautique would love for some more of their riders to rock the 210 because not everyone is going to dish out the money for a 230.

It was funny when the 226 was their flagship boat for a year and some of the pros were riding it. That wake was AWFUL!! Weighted to the max, which was near impossible to get it to plane, just terrible.

Is it just me or is Jimmy literally going twice as big as Jeff?
|
haha I was thinking the same thing. Is it just me or does everyone go twice as big as the guys riding slingshots?

Jeff is pretty sick, I'll just say that I went half as big as Jimmy. His heel 9s off the doubleup never get old for me
