Hey I got spring break coming up the end of March and me some buddies are thinking about heading down to Northern Cali. to do some camping and wakeboarding...Any suggestions on where to go?

Shasta if it keeps raining like this. Come on down to the Delta, not much for camping but we got plenty of water. If you want to just stay on I-5 go to the Sac River area

(Message edited by tinyTdubb on February 22, 2009)

Tons of spots with great camping. Bullards Bar, Shasta, Oroville, Englebright, Camp Far West, Clementine, Rollins Lake, Sacramento River, Delta, the list can go on forever. These are some of my favorite spots, but there are so many I have not been too. Look them up or get the California book of lakes and everyone of them is listed and will let you know what their all about.

If your time frame is the end of March, the Delta may be your best bet. Camping is available. www.orwoodresort.com

Rollins will be Cold(er) in March too. I would lean towards Bullards or Shasta

If the rain keeps up, Lake Pillsbury is awesome.
