The-House Boardshop warranty issues..

Just wondering if anybody else has had any issues with the warranty department here?

I sent back in the straightline handle in order to get a in store credit. I got a quick reply and was going to get swap it out with the guys at straightline but they didnt have any comparable handles in stock so i decided to go through the house where i bought it.

Due to where i live I have absolutely ZERO wakeboard stores or dealers within 2-3 hour drive in any direction so i have to get stuff online. It's a pain in the ass.

As i said in earlier posts I have been striking out selecting a good handle this season and now the house is telling me there will probably be 4-8 weeks before they process my claim? WTF is up with that? The guy at straightline took one look at the pictures and said it was covered and they would ship a new one out as soon as they recieved mine. But they didnt have anything comparable left in stock..

I overnighted my handle last wednesday from my office;) In the hopes that i would get the store credit and be able to maybe 2 day ship a new handle and get on the water.

Were going to be unable to ride this weekend due to the fact that I'm sitting on 3 unuseable handles and all my buddies that ride do not live in this area.

Casey at CWB gave me a shout about their handle so props to them though, hopefully I will have a new LGS soon.

rrkyle - there is no way that you should be expected to wait 4-8 weeks that takes a few minutes to resolve with a vendor. This is not the way that we have/do business. Hit me up directly at kris@the-house.com and I'll take care of you in 4-8 minutes.
Thanks - Kris
