I just bought two Clarion APX490M Marine Amps.. The amplifier's input range is 200mV to 6.0V for RCA inputs. The EQ I bought is a Clarion EQS746 (the one everyone recommends) though it has an RCA output of 7V. Am I gonna fry the amps should I get a different EQ?

It will work fine, don't max out the gains.
