Anyone ever loaded down a jet boat on one side and tried to surf it?

I was watching my pops 21ft SeaDoo jet boat get on plane a few weeks ago and the thought crossed my mind.

Any jet boat I've ever seen that was loaded down with weight had a TOUGH time getting up out of the hole to move it's ass down the lake. Once they get moving, then usually plane in a hurry. Seems like those two things would be a problem for a surfer.

I saw a Yammie 230 do it with about 1400 in sacs on the seats. Get it close to 12mph and just use the outside jet to hold speed. The aftermarket PP is only attached to one jet so it does the same thing.
People are right that just a touch of too much thrust and it'll go on a plane. Plan on burning lots of gas.

i work at a yamaha dealer in az, and the 212x will do it with the stock 750 pounds of ballast at like 11 mph. not a perfect wake for surfing or wakeboarding and id never buy one, but its possible.
oh and the 212 is 21 feet like the seadoo you said you have. hope that helps.
