Do a search for West Systym Epoxy.
They have alot of information and materials on composite building and repair for pro and amature.
If I were doing a complete stringer replacement and had the $$ I would use a Hi Density foam and Not wood for cores and stringers.

Jeff
I do not know the extent of your problem! but what I do know is low viscosity Epoxies can help in certain areas but will not cure big problems.
When you have water sucked into a Wood / Plywood / Balsa cored anything the moisture can be sucked into a very large area. Once this happens rot starts and it is only a matter of time before the core fails. A core can be dryed out but it has to be ventilated ether by drilling holes or removing a surface to core.
Depending on how saturated with h2o this can take a long time.
Ok whats the point to my Blah Blah Blah!
These quicky cure injection products will Not fix anything till everthing is DRY! and depending on the damage from a soft or collapesed core you might want to just replace it and reglass and make sure everting is sealed corectly.

Scott, I asked a boat restoration pro. and he gave me a quote of $7800...I have some major problems, nothing but saw dust form the pylon back to the rear of the boat (port side). The 351 sits crooked and my mechanic was wondering how I didn't snap the drive shaft and send the boat for a swim itself. Guess I'm just a lucky guy.
