I was wondering if anyone here is from Indy and can recommend a good place to ride within a couple hours of Indianapolis. Trying to steer clear of Geist and Morse for the weekends, for obvious reasons.

Thanks!

Cataract has been good since the levels are down and it's pretty good even on the weekend. Racoon has good water but weekends are busy. If I still lived up there full time I could get you on a couple private lakes 45 min from Indy with sik water.

We ride on the Ohio river near Lawrenceburg, a few miles upriver of Rising Sun. Weekdays the river is pretty empty, and weekends its not too bad as long as you don't get too close to Rising Sun. As long as its not windy you can get butter for hours.

Heck, we'd be going this wednesday if our boat wasn't in the shop with a busted carb -.-

Jack, Mississinawa is the place to go for long butter passes, especially on the weekends. Geist and Morse are going to be a "track meet" any Saturday and Sunday when the forecast is good! Actually in the evenings in June, July, and August if the weather is good, good luck wakeboarding haha.
