How is the X-7 for wakeboarding? How is the wake, and does it come stock with ballast. Is there anything else i should know about this boat?

Thanks

The wake is OK. It does come with ballast if it is a X& and not a pro star 197 with a tower. The boat will have a great slalom wake though but I am sure that that wont matter for you. If the price is right go for it but there are some better options.

I have an X-7 its a great boat, with a few people in the boat and the factory ballast full the wake is nice. We run 2 350-lbs side ballast bag and get people forward and the wake is plenty big enough. The wake is also easy to adjust. Also with a short rope it is great for beginners and kids.
I ride at 26mph with 80 ft rope and 3 ballast bags and the wake is very good, not an x-star but fun enough. You won't be dissappointed with the X-7.

I owned an X7 and loved it when I bought it. My intention was to have a boat I could slalom behind and then fill with ballast and wakeboard. Slowly I became a boarder more then a skier.(Ski is in the closet of the houseboat and has not seen daylight for 2 years.) I sold it and move on to my SANTE.

I bought Air Again's boat and I have to say it's a great all around boat. My kids love the boat, thanks Air Again.
