Time for a new board. Need some help.

Snapped my old board last night and could use some recommendations for a new one.
I was riding a 2002 liquid force subjekt and like the loose feel and 3 stage pop. I'm an intermediate rider (around 10 inverts and a good mix of threes and 5s), but haven't tried a new board for years. I'm 5'10" and 175lbs.
Hope some of you might be able to point me in the right direction with a few recommendations? How is shanes new board in comparison?
Thx

I never got to ride the Subjekt... but I bet the pop in your board has definetly worn out. If you look at Shane's new shape, honestly I think it looks similar to the old Subjekt shape. The 2011 Shane is pretty loose and It has a 3-stage rocker. I would say definetly give it a go and try one out. Also, its got carbon fiber in it, so the pop should last a long time, just incase you want to ride this board for almost 10 years like you did with the Subjekt!

What size were you riding in the Subjekt? You are about my size and I ride anything from 137-140

The Shane was a 137. I loved the board and would buy another one in a minute if they still manufactured it... I was pretty bummed when it snapped, but better the board than my body! I was just happy when I took inventory and realized I could move all of my limbs without any pain!
Cheers,
B

I have a Lyman 139 in excellent condition. It is the Black and Red.
