nope. the guys from Tilly's told me it was 51. this was on march 7th. I had asked him if he knew the temp at Piru, and he said no, but that Castaic was 51.

And I can confirm that Lake Perris was not much warmer...When we were riding on 03/13, a shorty wetsuit was a great encouragement to not fall.

Saturday I rode and the lake started at 8am at 59 and the surface got to 64 by noon with 80 air temps

I've rode all winter at castaic and there were days that felt way below 50. Rode sunday it is a little warmer, still wore a dry suit though.

I will confirm what Wayne said. We were out on Saturday as well.
