I was wondering what speed your son wakesurfs at when hes getting air?

Hey David, over the last...oh I'd say six months we have PP set at 10.5. There is one picture of James where he is going huge, that was taken coing out of a turn. James normally is able to get 2 pumps from the back of the pocket FORWARD into the lip, but when we come out of a turn, the pocket lengthens and James can get about 4 pumps. It's that extra speed from his pumps, that give him the height. <BR> <BR>If you look at the pictures from Inland Surfer or Mark Sher's boat (both Centurion Enzo's) THAT pocket length is what will translate into the greatest height for a surf style board like James' rides. On our Tige, we can only get that length as we round out a turn. I'll try and attach that picture I was referencing above. <BR> <BR>However, to clarify, the height that James' achieves in his airs is more a function of the pocket length, allowing him to generate more speed on his board, than of wave height OR speed of the boat. <BR> <BR><img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/messages/559019/266829.jpg" alt="">
