Heys guys, I need your 2001 help.

I've been running two 350 lb side sacks and I've liked it but after riding behind a 220 a few times (unbelievable!) I want to get more out of my wake.

Today, we had 8 people on the boat and decided to try the side sacks too. Needless to say the wake was huge but it took longer to plane and that was even with me making everyone sit as close as possible to the front. I'm also worried about engine damage as it really seemed to be running it hard.

I just bought a new 500 lb sack and was thinking of putting weight in the front. Would lead weight lifting plates be best? Does anyone have a solution for a possible ballast bag? It just seem like it will mess with the wake because there is only storage on the port side of the boat.

Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!
