CWB great customer service/delaminated board
 

I have on '09 Transcend 142, purchased brand new in Nov 2009, used it about eight times this year and at Shasta last week the board began to delaminate off the top. No impact at all on the board, never have seen this before. Sent some pictures to them Monday, and Tuesday the 2010 Transcend was being shipped to me. Nice to see a company backing up there product line.

i'm suprised they didn't want the old one back.

Did you leave it in the board racks for an extended period? Thats crazy for it to just pop its top sheet. Glad a new one is on the way, that board is the best ride!

I've never seen it happen quite like that.

They DO have great service though.

Had the same board in a 138 do the same thing about 2 months ago, while a hair heavier with the regular core, I could care less, they actually 2nd day air'd my replacement to me so I could have it for my weekend trip. Absolutely awesome service
