I am looking for information regarding the business behind the wake boarding industry, more specifically Cable Parks. Is it possible to receive any information on any legal issues associated with such a facility? Liabilities, insurance, safety standards, copyrights...etc?

Try getting ahold of the guy who owns TSR. I'm sure he knows alot about it, since his park not only has wakeboarding, but a motocross park, boat lake and skate park as well!
