Hi folks,
finally decided to buy a wake-board boat to be able to get a regular ride. Have to look for second hand as there will be a budget.

What I want to know is where can i go to get a good comparison review of used boats as I don't really know what specs to look for to get a good drive and great wake.

The manufacturer websites are no good as they all say every one of their boats is great for everything.

I guess the most confusing things I am finding are how boat dimensions, hull shapes and balast affect the ride.

any help gratefully received.

I think the best thing to do would be to figure out your budget and get an idea of what boats fit that budget. Then try all of them out and decide .....

www.boattrader.com You can search by price range.

there are lots of threads on here about buying boats w/in budgets. everything from 5K and under to 35K and under. Look around in the 'Boats and Accessories' section. I think there is a new section to this site, similar to the wakeboard wizard, but for boats. check it out. boattrader is a great place to start..
