Recommendation on a good tow vehicle.

Hey everyone. The wife & I are looking into selling our malibu maxx & upgrade to anything that will tow. We are looking to drop about $7,500 on the next vehicle & for it to have third row seating for all the kiddos. Right now we have our eye on the chevy trailblazer XLT. The wife is kinda funny about a long vehicle like suburban but I was told by several people this was better for stopping & starting so you're not whipped around by your boat. We don't have a boat yet but eventually we will & I'm guessing it will be in the ballpark of 3,000 to 4,000 lbs. So I guess I'm asking whats a good V8, third row seating tow vehicle?

Forgot to mention, nothing against foreign cars but the people who fix our vehicles currently, know brands like chevy, ford & the likes. However, I do appreciate any input.

armadas are a north america only vehicle built by real live americans in Mississippi. At your price point it has the best third row by a mile (folds flat into the floor).

Did not know that. Thanks for letting me know.

I would suggest a Chevy Tahoe. You don't need a Suburban to get 3rd row seating. It's my wife's daily driver and we are often packing 7 people (rear bucket seats) in it. I would not pull a full size boat with a Trailblazer. The Tahoe would pull most boat just fine!
