Shaping disaster part 2
Just started rough shaping my wifes little 4'9''. Gonna be a throw back to the 70's with twin fin setup and the diamond tail. Should be a nice little cruiser for the ladies in my life.

if it was a throwback from the 70's you know it would have a big 8" single fin glassed in and the board will be yellow brown and the fin would be yellower browner, lol.
I like that shape. I wasn't sure when we were talkin bout it yesterday, but a pic is worth a thousand words. And for cryin out loud move that f'ng bike already!!! ahaha |

Cool lookin' shape to this board. What's the width and thickness?
What made you change your mind from the original shape you cut? http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v5...s/IMG_1297.jpg |
Peer pressure - lol.

I love the shape of that thing, looks comfortable and maneuverable. One of the things that I don't like about the surf style boards is that they are ugly, this one is not.

Thanks Alan, I have surfed my entire life(ocean) so I am trying to stay with a surf board look. I to don't like some of the funky shapes floating around.
