Standup Paddling
Any one have a standup paddle board? and would do you think it'd be fun on the lake with no waves?

No and No

I just got back from West Coast Camps and this year they had the paddle boards. They were a lot of fun! We always waked for three sets every day but when we were hangin around the houseboats there was always someone paddleboarding in the cove behind the houseboats. They're kind of big to just have out on a boat in case the wind picked up but perfect to take out to the lake if your camping or houseboating. The coaches were doing headstands on them. It's fun to have ramming wars/jousting if you have more than one.

I messed around with one. Good work out, but I was bored in about ten minutes. Plus they are stupid expensive.

I rode one in the ocean, in South Car., on vacation. It was okay, but I could see myself getting bored with one. Pretty good workout though.
On a similar note, I saw a guy wakesurfing with one on the lake. |
