Anybody financed a boat via Onlyinboards.com?
 

Looking for any feedback on the company listed on Onlyinboards.com site. My boat is now sold and the buyer is using Intercoastal Financial to finance. Seems legit so far.

Chris from Intercoastal Financial is legit, he's done a lot of loans for people who buy boats from the site. He's a good guy.

If you can't do cash go to a Federal Credit Union. They generally will give you a better deal.

Cash limits your market, you dont need to be so paranoid. Intercoastal is legit.. I have sold about 4 boats with buyers using Intercoastal. No problems.

Are you worried about getting paid with a legit check? You can hold the boat and/or title until the check clears.

Counterfeit bills blows a giant hole in the cash is king theory.

Done deal. No issues and Chris & Becca were very helpful. I just wanted to bounce this by a trusted boat community. I'd recommend Intercoastal Financial to anybody out there.
