Can you believe these guys? They should let them into the country just for their ingenuity. I bet if they had a tower on that thing - CC would try to collect royalties....
ha ha
It'll make a nice reef, just like the last one.
Can you imagine laying out on the beach and see this thing hit shore and drive off, or at a boat ramp trying to make their get away into "Little Cuba"
I agree with Keith. If I were the captain of the coast guard cutter, I think I would smile, take a picture and pretend I didn't see it. If these guys are willing to put this much work into their vessel, they would most likely contribute to the tax base. Damn fine shade of green, to boot.
They must be picking up "Junkyard Wars" on TV over in Cuba!
I hope they try again, and make it. I would imagine there has got to be someone in the US that would pay them to build amphibious aniques.
How about the guy that rode a sail board from Cuba to Fl ? And He made it if I remember right.
I can't believe they are sending these guys back to cuba. I mean, people have been trying for year to make a car that can go on water too (amphibicar?), now the one you can get is $150,000, and these guys made one is where of all places...CUBA..and it made it all the way to the states. These guys are gonna get rich sooner or later.
