Drilling 3 more holes in my boat tomarrow for my upgraded ballast on my 05 mobius lsv. I just have the standard black thru hull fittings. Anyone tell me what size hole saw i need to buy

Best advise is to measure the OD of what you plan to stick through the hole!

when you mark your location below the rubrail, make sure to account for the flange on the thru-hull fitting. IOW, you could drill a hole the right size for the part that goes thru, but not far enough below the rubrail for the bigger diameter of the outside part.

I bought a 1 1/16" hole saw for the thru hulls that I have. Don't forget to cut a test hole in a scrap piece of wood first.

for the standard bilge thru-hulls they should be 3/4" that's what I used
