So im an avid wakeboarder and I recently saw a video of a wakesurfer and it looked like a blast. So i was wondering what sort of board would be best for my specific purposes. I have a Malibu wakesetter LSV with stock ballist and that wedge thing that adds downward thrust. I am 15 and weigh 145 LBS and 5'10" tall. I have experience in wakeboarding, skateboarding, and snowboarding. Any suggestions on a good board for me?

I'm new to wake surfing and I bought the Ride. Up the first time out, about six of us. Good feel, kind of loose(which I like), I was sliding the tail and crossing the wake with ease by the end of the day. The only complaint is traction, I don't know if this is with all wakesurf boards, but this one is kind of slippery. Wax is a definite improvement.

Phase 5 is wicked, but the Icon is a little small, especialy for learning. Phase 5 Prop would be a good way to go.
