GOT FROYO? (Droid users)
 

I downloaded and installed FROYO on my Droid this morning and I am loving it! Its very simple to do just follow these instructions.

He has the original Moto Droid... The HTC Evo 4G is also pushing down Froyo. :D

I agree Hate. This update has done some very nice updates to how my phone (Evo) runs and I am sure the Droid will do much better. Have to talk with my friends that already have the Droid and tell them to install now.

I've been running Froyo on my Nexus One for a couple of months now and it's great. The RAM boost is a huge help.

I played with a Droid X for quite a bit yesterday at a Verizon store. It was pretty fast, the overall interface is pretty clunky, but I do like a lot of the features and speed. Looking to dump ATnT and change carriers, the Droid X and Galaxy (Samsung) are my two current favorite devices. Just need to pick a carrier.

Sean, yeah the motoblur UI isnt all that great, but that's taken care of with launcher pro, which has some pretty cool features and is really customizable

I just had it automatically sent to my EVO today.

Its been running great no problems thus far and there is a marked improvement in functionality. I usually used Launcher pro but switched to the new launcher that comes with FROYO and like it better.
